What's included with an airport transfer?
A professional uniformed chauffeur meets you at your doorstep or in the baggage claim area with a personalized greeting sign, helps with your luggage and escorts you to your vehicle. There's no charge for gate fees, tolls, traffic, or booster and car seats, and a free 15-minute grocery stop is included.
What if my flight is delayed?
Please let us know about any airline changes, delays, cancellations or missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after the flight actually arrives.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by email at least 48 hours before pickup. Limousines, mini-buses and motor coaches require 72 hours' notice or are billed at 100%. Deposits (30%) are non-refundable. See the full terms and conditions.
Is gratuity included?
No. A 10% gratuity is suggested for outstanding service from your chauffeur.
How does the on-time guarantee work?
If we're late, your next ride is free. We're open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our chauffeurs are dispatched to be waiting when you arrive.
Are you licensed and insured?
All of our vehicles are permitted, licensed and insured by the State of Georgia's Department of Transportation & Highway Safety. Insurance coverage on each vehicle exceeds one million dollars.
