Good to know before you book
When is payment taken?
A 30% deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable. Providing your card by phone authorizes us to charge the agreed amount; the balance and any overtime, wait time or gratuity are due at the end of the charter.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel by phone and confirm by email at least 48 hours before pickup. Limousines, mini-buses and motor coaches need 72 hours' notice or are billed at 100%. Full details are in our terms and conditions .
What if my flight changes?
Let us know about any airline changes, delays, cancellations or missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after the flight actually arrives.
Is gratuity included?
No. A 10% gratuity is suggested for outstanding service from your chauffeur.
How much overtime is charged?
Overtime applies after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time on your run sheet.
